    To eldest son John, West Cole Park, Wiltshire, lands in Bedfordshire (not comprised in marriage settlement of 1696) messuage in Bishopsgate Street, London, subject to payment of portions of £1,200 to daughters, and £40 per annum to them until portions are payable, and £600 to younger sons, £30 to them until portions payable. Wife to have, until eldest son is of age, “my present seat” called Ickwell Bury, lands adjoining called Butcher’s close and the Two Church fields, also all plate and furniture, coaches etc., she to deliver a valuation to brother in law Thomas Noble. Executrix : wife. Bequest to eldest daughters Anne and Mary, are in satisfaction of amounts due to them from estate of Sir William Whitmore deceased. To Noble £5. 5s. for a ring. Witnesses: George Wilson, Richard Helme, John Lloyd.
