    Leaves £100 3% consolidated Bank Annuities to Ministers and churchwardens of Chellington in Trust for a) keep in repair the graves & gravestones & inscriptions 'of the several persons deeased which were at the time of Mr Henry Sharp's decease set up in the church yard of Chellington: - of Richard Sharp & Elizabeth his wife, William and Thomas their sons, Ann Bull & Mary Sharp, their 2 daughters. b) residue of interest to be used to distribute bread in January among such poor, indigent parishioners of Chellington as reside there. c) Principal to be retained in above fund or government stock. Postscript - executors on Henry Sharp's decease 1791 transfered to names of Rev William Hooper, Rector & John Brittain, churchwarden. Poor receive first distribution January 1792.
