2) Robert John Harper, Mancetter House, Atherstone, Warwicks, Clerk of Peace County Palatine of Lancaster.
- To admit to Carlton School juvenile offenders at rate of 1s 6d per week (having been provided with suit of clothes & boots or County of Lancashire paid £1 in lieu).
Agreement to last a year and then terminable on 3 months notice; Clause added that no further charge to be made on County of Lancashire.
