    To eldest daughter Mary Harvey £1500; to daughter Susannah £1500; to son William £500 at 21; to son Edmund £500 at 21; £30 per annum to be paid to his mother Mrs. Mary Harvey till then; to son Samuel, £500 at 21 and £30 per annum, as to Edmund, if he is to be “bred up a scholar or take orders” he is to have the next presentation of Finningley; to wife Mary £200 per annum for life; estate at Ickwell, house called Ickwell Bury, to be sold within one year to pay debts and legacies, also estate in Warwickshire, and personal estate; if not enough, also Wiltshire, Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Remainder of lands to son John Harvey executor. Overseer[s]: Mr. Justice Dolbin, to whom a ring of £5.5s., and wife Mary. Son Robert to have “a very good ring” in remembrance, he having no more, since well provided for by his grandfather. Witnesses: William Ayloff, Susannah Ayloff, Vincent Crisp.
