To wife Susannah, messuages and lands in Clerkenwell, for life; then to son John, for life; then to his son Robert. To son John’s other 4 children £100 each. To son Hugh £100. To grandson John, son of Hugh, all property in Huntingdon, Houghton, Stukely and Alconbury, Huntingdonshire; son Robert is to take the first £200 profits to use of granddaughter Susannah (daughter of Hugh); also to receive profits during John’s minority; if John dies, to his brother Hugh. To Robert and Hugh, sons of Hugh, £100. To daughter Susannah Ayloff wife of William Ayloff gentleman, £500. To granddaughter Susannah Ayloff £200. To daughter Sarah Richardson wife of William Richardson gentleman, £500. To grandchildren William, Robert and Susannah Richardson, £100 each. To grandson Robert Harvey, son of son Robert, £200. To granddaughter Susannah Harvey daughter of son Robert, £100. To son Robert gentleman, all property at Godmanchester. To servants John Smith and Teage Marrow £5 each.
