[reply- written on back] Heath and Heldrith still owe rent 'I think these 2 men are not using me well after their positive promise made to me on 17th May'. Sorry he is suffering from the gout. Would like his money soon. Has paid Foster his proportion ''have never kept Mr Foster a day out of his money' 5 January 1867
