His solicitor has obtained the following information. Property is trust money consisting of £1000 in the Funds. Mr Peacock is sole trustee. He does not know whether it was left to Catherine by her father or aunt [?] Avery, or whether it was the proceeds from the sale of the Farm. If Catherine survived her husband, money will go to the nearest surviving relative. If Robert is still alive, belongs to him. If he survived wife and died intestate, then has good claim. Suggests she consults Mr Mathews
