- Scope and Contentreciting the death of Edward Allnutt ' about 40 years since' intestate. His son, Henry Allnutt died in his lifetime, a minor and intestate Edward Allnutt’s 2 daughters survived him – Elizabeth Reed (who died in January 1848) and Mary widow of Mr Whitefield Foster, who has 4 sons and a daughter Reciting will of Mrs Reed by which she devised the residue of her estate to daughter Elizabeth Field (wife of John Perring Field). Mrs Reed’s will proved (PCC) Mrs Reed had another daughter, Harriet, and a son, both of whom died in her lifetime. The daughter was married, to Mr James Foster, who is still living, and had 3 children – 1 son and 2 daughters, all minors. Mr Babington is asked to advise 'Who are the persons now beneficially interested in the devised property, in what shares and for what Estates?'
