… to wife, Mary Allnutt - 3 messuages, or gardens, in Cookham, where Thomas Sheppard and Ann Henwood do now dwell - messuages now in occupation of George William Ross esquire … 3 friends, Robert Lennon, senior, Hedson, Buckinghamshire, paper maker, William Venables, Cookham, Berkshire, paper maker, and Joseph Eversley, Cookham, Berkshire, schoolmaster - 3 messuages, orchards, gardens etc in Cookham, Berkshire --- where William Godfery, senior, dwells --- where Matthew Smith dwells ---premises at Cookham Dean, in said parish, in occupation of Thomas Bishop to be held on following trusts: to brother, Edward Allnutt for life , without power of sale after his death, to his 3 children, Mary, Elizabeth and Henry Allnutt, for life, and after their deaths, premises devised to their lawful heirs - ready money, Government stocks etc in trust to permit wife, Mary Allnutt to have use thereof for her life after her death, brother Edward Allnutt to have interest for his life, and then to his children (after deducting sum of £50) …to said Wife, Mary Allnutt - household goods, furniture, china etc … to niece Elizabeth Allnutt - £50 at 21 or marriage.
