    Photocopied Conveyance Parties: (i) James Milne of Aspley Heath, esquire; Anthony Edmund Gibbs of Ablington Manor, Fairford [Gloucestershire], lieutenant in the 6th Dragoon Guards; (ii) James Milne; (iii) Herbrand, 11th Duke of Bedford; (iv) William Edward Sackville West of Basil mansions, Belgravia [London], late lieutenant-colonel, Grenadier Guards; Cosmo Romilly of 25 Old Broad Street, City of London, esquire Reciting: (I) Conveyance of 24 February 1896 Parties: (1) The British Fullers Earth Company Limited; (2) Anthony Edmund Gibbs; James Milne Reciting: - (1) had determined to raise money in the form of debentures Operative Part: - (1) conveyed the scheduled and other property to (2) in trust to secure the debenture issue (II) Order in Chancery of 22 January 1897 in a case between Anthony Edmund Gibbs, plaintiff representing all debenture holders and James Milne, Georgina Monro and Ernest Augustus Stowey Daniell, defendants in which James Milne was appointed receiver on behalf of the plaintiff of all the assets of the British Fullers Earth Company Limited (III) Judgement in Chancery of 6 November 1897 declaring that the £15,000 mortgage debentures of the British Fullers Earth Company Limited constituted a charge on the company and its property in favour of the plaintiff and other debenture holders (IV) Order in Chancery of 22 May 1900 ordering James Milne to sell the property, works and assets of the British Fullers Earth Company for the benefit of the plaintiff and other debenture holders (V) Will of Francis, 7th Duke of Bedford of 7 May 1861 creating a trust of which (iv) were current trustees (VI) Death of Francis, Duke of Bedford on 14 May and proof of his will in PPR on 31 July 1861 (VII) Auction of British Fullers Earth Company assets on 18 September 1900 at which (iii) was highest bidder (VIII) (iv) had paid £281/6/- as deposit which was paid into the account for the Chancery Action by John Rogers on 3 October 1900 (IX) (iv) had paid the £2,531/14/- balance into court on 8 December 1900 Operative Part: - (i) conveyed scheduled property to (iv) 1st Schedule [as shown on included plan annotated with the number corresponding to that below]: (1) pieces of land on Aspley Heath with a dwellinghouse and other buildings containing 1 acre, 3 roods and known as Glendale, in the occupation of John Kemp (2) pieces of land at Leighton Hollow, formerly in Wavendon [Buckinghamshire], now Aspley Heath with a cottage and barn, containing 1 rood, 18 perches, in the occupation of Mrs. Collins (3) pieces of land in Leighton Hollow, formerly in Wavendon, now Aspley Heath, containing 2 roods, 5 perches with four cottages in the occupation of John Farmer, Mrs Nunn, George Butcher and John Butcher (4) garden of 20 perches in Aspley Heath in the occupation of George Lee (5) garden of 15 perches in Aspley Heath, formerly waste land, now in the occupation of John Rogers (6) pieces of land in Aspley Heath containing 3 roods, 29 perches with four messuages in the occupation of John Rogers, Joseph White, Mrs. Smith and George Collins with right of way over a path of 4 feet width leading from the messuages to a well on the E side of the land (7) pieces of land of 2 acres, 3 roods, 34 perches in Aspley Heath known as Ebins Hill 2nd Schedule (8) Conveyance of 19 September 1894: (1) Alfred John George Swinney; (2) British Fullers Earth Company Limited (9) Conveyance of 24 February 1896: (1) James Milne and Anthony Edmund Gibbs; (2) British Fullers Earth Company Limited (10) Debenture trust deed of 24 February 1896 Witnesses: - Charles Cranmer of Aspley Heath, gentleman; - William C.
