    Declaration by John Elliott Page of Heatherbank, Aspley Heath, gentleman and Thomas Watts of Horsefair Street, Leicester, solicitor: - Page declared that he was owner of Heatherbank containing 5 acres, 1 rood, 7 perches shown on an attached plan; - Page declared he purchased it in the following deeds: R6/3/1/13; R6/3/1/15; R6/3/1/18; R6/3/1/19; R6/3/1/20; R6/3/1/22 and a conveyance of September 1882 from Frederick James Smith; - Page declared that he had been in uninterrupted possession of these pieces of land since their respective conveyances and in 1882 and 1883 erected a dwellinghouse on them called Heatherbank; - Page declared that he redeemed land tax as in R6/3/1/23-24; - Watts declared that he acted for Page in some of his purchases and that he had been in uninterrupted possession for more than seventeen years Witnesses: - W.
