Downs; E by land of Thomas Spencer; part south by land of [blank] Giles; part S by land of Thomas Spencer; W by the road from Woburn Sands to Brickhill – conveyed to (ii) on 9 July 1879 by William Clark

- OS map number 67 in Aspley Heath containing 3 roods, 1 pole bounded: NE and NW by land formerly of (i) and some time since set out as a lane leading to the gravel pits; SW by land formerly of (ii), now of Henrietta Bewsher; S by a lane leading to the woods – the land formed part of (a) in 6/3/1/4
