Consideration 5 shillings.
- Messuage or inn in the parish of St Paul commonly called the Ship laterly called the Seven Starrs and formerly the Falcon, late in the occupation of Thomas Wilkes and George Richardson and now of Thomas Wilkes and Mary Brewer widow or one of them, situate between the messuage of John Crawley alderman on the west and the messuage late of William Faldo the elder alderman known by the name of the White Lion east and abutting north the street leading from part of High Street to the school house and river Ouse being on the south side thereof.
From 1) to 2) To hold premises intended to be bargained and sold from the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the end of one year at a peppercorn rent.
