Concerns a Quaker meeting in London. Discusses the journey from Hitchin to London with S. Abbot and Jeffrey Lucas, writing that they reached Devonshire House at 11, where L.M. Hoag and E. Tregellis were preaching. That afternoon’s meeting concerned the slave trade and Aboriginal peoples. Also mentions A. Clarke’s text on Solomon’s Song, and that they are meeting with ‘young friends’ fixed for that afternoon ‘so we old ones have a holiday’.
