(1) Westoning Estate, to Alice Hunt, Harriett Richardson and Charlotte Vyse (2) late Toddington workhouse to be sold and proceeds invested in Government securities and interest paid to Franklin Harbett and his three daughters, Susan, Lucy and Harriett, and servant, Elizabeth Witherington. (3) freehold cottage in Ampthill Road, Toddington, and freehold piece of land on the road from Toddington to Tebworth , to housekeeper, Rebecca Teedon, in fee (4) homestead and land in Toddington in own occupation, to Miss Caroline Cooper Cooper, third daughter of William Dodge Cooper Cooper, Esquire, for life Remains to be deposited in a shell and coffin in the Chancel of the Church at Toddington in the family vault Mrs. Hunt - residuary legatee. Mr. Hunt - sole executor
