    (i) Mary Trevor, Elizabeth Jane Trevor, Catherine Trevor all of Tingrith House, spinsters (ii) Maria Richards, now of Rowell, Northamptonshire, widow, Edward Handscomb, Ampthill, gentleman, Sarah Harbett, widow of Franklin Harbett, late of Toddington, yeoman, William Peppercorn Squire, Silsoe, farmer, Thomas Greene, Ampthill, auctioneer, William Harbett, Eversholt, labourer (executors of said Franklin Harbett), John Barker, Ampthill, ostler, and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, now of Ampthill, widow, James Stokes, Leagrave, cressman and wife Lucy, George Edwards, Silsoe, shoemaker, and wife Harriett (late Harriett Harbett, spinster) (iii) The Reverend John William Coventry Campion, Westoning, clerk (iv) James Abner Lamb, Kettering, Northamptonshire, gentleman Reciting conveyance of 29 October 1851 [Z450/175] Reciting also the death of Harriett Hillyard Atlee and that her ?th share in property held of the Manor of Tingrith escheated to Mary Trevor, Elizabeth Jane Trevor, and Catherine Trevor Mary Trevor, Elizabeth Jane Trevor and Catherine Trevor have agreed to sell to The Reverend John William Coventry Campion the said ?th share for £21, to be considered as part of sum of £312.10s. Reciting also that Harriett Hillyard Atlee’s share in property held of the Manor of Westoning reverted to The Reverend John William Coventry Campion The Reverend John William Coventry Campion has agreed, notwithstanding such escheat, to pay said £312,10s. deducting said £21 and also £62.15s.5d. being the costs of making this deed, and ?th share of residue thereof and sum of £29.3s.11d. out of ultimate residue, in consideration of which Maria Richards, Edward Handscomb, Sarah Harbett, William Peppercorn Squire, Thomas Greene, William Harbett, John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett have agreed to release The Reverend John William Coventry Campion from the covenant in above deed. Interest on £312.10s. at 4% per annum to date amounts to £64.4s.9d. Total balance, after deductions - £227.3s. to be divided among Maria Richards, Edward Handscomb, Sarah Harbett, William Peppercorn Squire, Thomas Greene, William Harbett, John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett. Now Mary Trevor, Elizabeth Jane Trevor and Catherine Trevor in consideration of £21, confirm to The Reverend John William Coventry Campion -- undivided ?th part in -- close in Tingrith (3 acres 3 roods 12 poles) northwest Mary Eagles and her sisters southwest Woburn Road southeast and east Westoning Brook to use of The Reverend John William Coventry Campion and James Abner Lamb as trustee for The Reverend John William Coventry Campion also in consideration of £32.9s. (one-seventh part of balance of above £312.10s, less £21 and £62.15s.5d., and ?th share of residue and also £29.3s.11d.) to each of Maria Richards, Edward Handscomb, Sarah Harbett, William Peppercorn Squire, Thomas Greene, William Harbett, John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett. Maria Richards, Edward Handscomb, Sarah Harbett, William Peppercorn Squire, Thomas Greene, William Harbett, John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett release The Reverend John William Coventry Campion from the covenant for payment of said £312.10s. as in deed of 29 October 1851 with copy signatures, witnesses and receipts also with approval of the legal representatives of the various parties concerned
