Opinion of Joshua Williams, Lincoln’s Inn, on the matter of Z450/181. Lord and Ladies of the Manors are entitled by escheat to Harriett Hillyard Atlee’s ?th share. Does not think that said share reverted to the settlor. Does not advise Mr. Campion to have any part of the proceeds of the personal estate. This share reverts to the Crown. However presumably Mr. Campion would require a larger share than ?th of balance of £312.10s.
