Thomas Wright Richards came before the Steward and in consideration of £869.6s.9d. paid to him by Walter Osborn, surrendered -- 2 closes pasture in Red Hill Field, Toddington, (7 acres 0 roods 18 poles) called Moor Close and Moor Leys -- Hill Field adjoining (3 acres 2 roods 23 poles) and laid to said 2 closes bounded as over west ancient enclosure of Thomas Conolly east John Fowler south John Richardson north George Shaw all formerly in occupation of John Richardson and awarded to him at the enclosure of Toddington -- close pasture, with cottage at south corner, in Tanner’s End, Toddington, adjoining above property (1 acre 2 roods 38 poles) called Three Corner Close (by more recent admeasurement, 1 acre 3 roods 24 poles). Said Thomas Wright Richardson was admitted tenant to above on 24 July 1850 on the surrender of William Hunt and wife, Alice signature (copy) of Thomas Wright Richardson copy of N.C.
