    -- Two closes pasture in the Hill Field, Toddington (7 acres 18 poles) called Moor Close and Moor Leys -- plot of ground adjoining (3acres 2 roods 23 poles) and laid to said two closes west: old enclosure of Thomas Conolly, Esquire, John Fowler east: and south John Richardson north: George Shaw in the occupation of John Richardson, being part of piece of land allotted by enclosure commissioners, in lieu of copyhold land and right of common -- close pasture and sward in Tanners End, adjoined to above (1 acre 2 roods 38 poles) called Three Corner Close in the occupation of William Harbett who by his will dated 24 October 1846 devised all the residue of his estate to Alice Hunt, as shown by probate copy of will (8 May 1847) William is now admitted tenant
