    reciting: release of 14 January 1843 [Z450/4] and general release of 24 July 1850 [Z450/20] and memorandum of 25 April 1850, by which Thomas Wright Richards was empowered to sell the property and hold the monies to pay costs in claim of the parties and then to pay £250 to William Hunt (as mentioned in deed), funeral expenses, and then to divide the residue in such shares as nearest correspond to the disposition in the deed Harriett Hillyard Attlee who was illegitimate sister of Thomas Attlee died on 24 October 1844 unmarried, and so her share lapsed Bill was dismissed on terms mentioned and costs paid by Thomas Wright Richards, and also said £250, and Thomas Wright Richards received proceeds of sale of personal estate etc. with result that £873.13s.2d. remains to be divided. Thomas Wright Richards has also paid off the mortgage of £1800 Premises firstly described in deed of 14 January 1843 were sold to Reverend John William Coventry Campion for £2700. As no conveyance could be procured of Harriett Hillyard Attlee, deceased, was agreed that sum of £312.10s., being ? part of purchase money should be retained at interest by said John William Coventry Campion until a proper conveyance should be made By deed of 29 October 1851 said John William Coventry Campion covenanted to pay interest at 4% on said money Property secondly mentioned in said deed of 14 January 1843 were mortgaged for more than they obtained at sale and so whole of money received was applied in part repayment of said mortgage Property thirdly mentioned were sold by Thomas Wright Richards for £1689.6s.9d., and those fourthly described for £72 £218.7s.2.d. was received from sale of personal estate Shares of Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barkerand, wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett, and Thomas Wright Richards and of representatives of Harriett Hillyard Attlee - £546.1s.7d. each, and of Nathaniel Grace Lambert and wife Mary Ann - £316.2s.2d. Share of Franklin Harbett - £13.9s.5d. Said £312.10s. - retained by John William Coventry Campion -- being deducted from £546.1s.7d. leaves £233.11s.7d. to be divided between Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett, and Thomas Wright Richards and of representatives of Harriett Hillyard Attlee It has been agreed that the whole of the sharre of representatives of Harriett Hillyard Attlee in said £546.1s.7d. shall be paid out of said sum of £312.10s. when received Said £233.11s.7d. will be divided into seven parts of £33.7s.4d. and paid to Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett, and Thomas Wright Richards Said £312.10s. plus interest, shall, when received, be applied to obtaining a grant from the Crown or of the parties entitled to the share of Harriett Hillyard Attlee or of making a title to, or completing the sale of the said share, and then to pay her share and any claims of creditors. Residue to be divided between Thomas Wright Richards and Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy and George Edwards and wife Harriett and representatives of Harriett Hillyard Attlee. Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett, and Nathaniel Grace Lambert and wife Mary Ann have seen the accounts of Thomas Wright Richards regarding the personal estate of William Harbett and are satisfied and have agreed to indemnify him Now: in consideration of £33.7s.4d. to each of Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett, and £316.2s.2d to Nathaniel Grace Lambert and wife Mary Ann and £13.9s.5d. paid to Franklin Harbett Edward Handscomb,,Franklin Harbett John Barker and wife Ann, Susan Ogden, James Stokes and wife Lucy, George Edwards and wife Harriett, and Nathaniel Grace Lambert and wife Mary Ann release and discharge Thomas Wright Richards of the sums paid to them.
