    William Harbett conveys to Thomas Wright Richards and Edward Handscomb -- freehold messuage or farm house at Westoning and lands (70 acres). 67 acres are situated in Westoning and 3 acres in Tingrith and are now in the occupation of Thomas Attlee -- freehold close (3 acres 2 roods) in Toddington near Toddington to Dunstable road together with building erected on part of said close and lately used as a parish workhouse in the occupations of Thomas King, Joseph Shelton and Mark Breed -- messuage at Toddington formerly in the occupation of Edward Whitehouse -- pightle of pasture belonging (½ acre) -- 1 acre land adjoining formerly in the occupation of said Edward Whitehouse -- 3 acres 2 roods land nearby -- Wolfe’s Close, Hill Field, Moor Close and Moor Leys (16 acres 2 roods in total) all now in the occupation of William Harbett -- freehold cottage at Toddington abutting on highway from Toddington to Ampthill, with garden ground adjoining in the occupation of Arthur Evans to be held to use of William Harbett for life after death of William Harbett farmhouse in the occupation of Attlee and former workhouse to use of Rebecca Teedon of Toddington spinster, housekeeper to William Harbett, for life after her death, to use of : Thomas Wright Richards, Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett, first cousin of William Harbett, Ann Harbett, Susan Harbett, Lucy Harbett and Harriett Harbett (daughters of said Franklin Harbett), Harriett Hillyard Attlee (daughter of said Thomas Attlee), as tenants in common also after death of William Harbett messuage, land, Wolfe’s Close etc., now in the occupation of William Harbett to use of Rebecca Teedon, for life, and then to Mary Ann Richards, daughter of said Thomas Wright Richards also after death of William Harbett freehold cottage in Ampthill to use of Franklin Harbett William Harbett also conveys to Thomas Wright Richards and Edward Handscomb -- all household goods in his dwelling house in Toddington on trust to permit William Harbett to have the use of them for his life and after his decease to use of Rebecca Teedon for life, she signing an inventory of them and agreeing not to injure them. After her death the goods, or money raised, shall be divided between Thomas Wright Richards, Edward Handscomb, Franklin Harbett etc., as above (eight people) William Harbett also agrees with Thomas Wright Richards and Edward Handscomb to surrender into hands of Lord of the Manor -- small piece copyhold ground at Tanners End in Toddington (1 acre 2 roods 38 poles) now in the occupation of William Harbett to same uses as messuage, Wolfe’s Close etc. if William Harbett marries then above becomes void Signatures: all endorsed various witnesses also endorsed ‘In Chancery Teedon versus Hunt.
