Says heat there is terrible, if rain does not come soon drought in the Punjab. Gilbert. Has been painting and has done four pictures and touched up two old ones and is to send them in [to show?]. Gilbert is sending his butterflies. Gilbert having a good time but dull for writer as she doesn’t play tennis or care for bridge. It is not a big hill station where there is plenty to do. Describes people she has met.
