    a) Fishing between Hide Mill and Merslade which Rotherham claims to be his: reciting proceedings in manor courts (Manor not given) and a verdict against 'Bruse' proving the right. b) Right to piece of ground called Burye Hill: reciting rental 1533/4 'Andrew the elder held 40 ac', 12 acres purchased of Francis Marcham, and writers grandfather purchased as much as the Prior of Dunstable had there, and George Rotherham of Farley held the same by copy of court roll c) the house and land which Sir John Brokett bought of Collin in Stapleford (see DW 276) reciting the above deed and one 14 May 1327- land of Edward Collin, and lease by Sir Thomas Rotherham, knight to William Collin, 29 March, 1550 d) rent of 8s p.a. from purslees rent of 38s 2d from messuage and 2 carectes of land at the Hoo and toft and land sometime Scorches, e) The river breaks out into several meadows of George Rotherhams called Upper Holmes, and the millers in time past have with licence of George Rotherhams ancestors mended the same: Sir John Brocket would mend the same without licence, which if he is not permitted to do, the river will run deside his mill called Stapleford Mill, held of the manor of Lalforde and not parcel of his manor of Hoo.
