    Details of property in Eaton Socon, Colmworth, Barford etc: - 3 closes of pasture or meadow in Honnydon in Eaton Socon, Barr Close; twenty acres; a strype or meadow place or long close abutting upon a street there called Honnydon Street, which were heretofore let to Thomas Auncell, gentleman, and were late in the tenure of Richard Kyppest, gentleman, or of his assigns; - all his messuages, arable lands, meadows, leasures in Hanger Ladiefield, Honnydon, Overstapylho, Netherstapylho, Dyvulho, Wyboldeston and Eaton Socon, now or late in tenure of Richard Kyppest and Thomas Kyppest, brother of Richard; - arable lands in Ladiefield and in Eaton fields in Eaton Socon, now or late in the occupation of Robert Gray the elder; - lands in the occupations of Robert Graie and of John Graie in Eaton Socon; - lands in Honnydon and Eaton Socon once in the tenure of William Key, deceased, and now in the tenure of Robert Reynold; - arable land and meadow in Eaton Socon and Wyboldeston, now or late in the tenure of Frances Luke, widow of Oliver Luke, gentleman, deceased; - land in Dyvylho and Eaton Socon, now or late in the tenure of Michael Goodson; - messuage and lands in Eaton Socon, now or late in the tenure of William Amerye and Richard Amerye; - messuage, tenement and lands late in the tenure of Silvester Oliver and now of Francis Coxe; all being late parcel of the possessions of Bushmead Priory. - all lands in Colmworth late part of possessions of Bushmead Priory, once in the tenure of Thomas Judd, deceased, and late in the tenure of William Jeyes; - messuage and land in Barford late Bushmead Priory and late in the tenure of Robert Graie and of said Thomas Auncell, gentleman, and of Lawrence ?Jyll; - lands in Chalston in Roxton late of Bushmead Priory, late in the tenure of Richard Amerye; - cottage or tenement in Bedford late parcel of Bushmead Priory, late in the tenure of William Brough and now or late in the tenure of Thomas Abbys; - all lands, tenements etc in Pertnall, Caysho and Mogerhanger now or late in the occupation of Henry Peacocke late Bushmead Priory; which William Gerye, deceased father of (1) had, and these to be described as: - 9 messuages, 9 gardens, 400 acres land, 16 acres meadow, 120 acres pasture, 4 acres wood, 28 shillings rent in Eaton, Staploe alias Staplehowe, Honnydon, Delhow alias Dyvylhow, Wyboston alias Wyboldeston, Colmorthe, Barforde, Chalston alias Chalveston, Caysho, Bedforde, Mogerhanger and Pertnall provided that the description is not held to include the lands or tenements called by the name of the Mansion House of the late Priory of Bushemead or any buildings adjoining to the Mansion House, Jeffrey landes, Brickhill field, Percell leyes, the Percell meadow, Windmill field, Dovehouse Close, Bushmead Parke, Little Cadburie, Blaseworth Steple wood, Bushmead Wood, Hanger Wood, Greate Cadburie Wood in Eaton Socon or any other lands, tenemenent or heriditaments now in the tenure or occupation of Richard Gerye of Bushmead, esquire, by reason of an agreement had or made by a quadruplite indenture dated 7 February 35 Elizabeth 1592/93 between: (i) William Gerye, elder brother of the Richard Gerye of Over, party to these presents (ii) Barbara Gerye, mother of Richard Gerye (iii) Richard Gery (1) (iv) John Apsley and Edward Apsley, gentlemen Trustees (2 party) to hold part of property to use of Richard and Elizabeth Gery for the life of the survivor, then to the use of their heirs, in default to the right heirs of Richard; and part to be held to use of Richard Gerye and his heirs. To be held subject to an indenture quadripartite dated 7 February 35 Elizabeth made between Richard Gerye and Barbara his mother, deceased, and William Gerye, deceased brother of Richard, and others.
