    Recites indentures made between William Warwick and Martha Porter 31 May 1884 (see Z1391/1/2), between William Warwick and Mary Bandy 27 April 1895 (see Z1391/1/3) and between Mary Bandy and 2) 23 June 1900 (see Z1391/1/4). In her will, dated 9 January 1903, Martha Porter appointed 1) as the executor. Martha Porter died 20 March 1908 and on 30 June 1909 her will was duly proved by 1). The said sum of £150 remains owing on the recited indenture of mortgage, but all interest has been paid. 2) has agreed to sell the hereditaments to 3) at the price of £150 to be paid to 1) thereby discharging all principal money and interest secured by and all claims and demands under the mortgage indenture of 30 May 1884. Conveyed from 1) to 3) at the request of 2). -piece of land situated in the parish of St Cuthbert, Bedford, on the east side of Bower Street. To the North – property now or late of Charles Jordan Crawley. To the East – property formerly of the Bedford School Board but now of the Bedford Education Authority. To the West – Bower Street. To the South – property now or late of the representatives of Richard Stennett, formerly of Daniel William Lightfoot. Property measures 22ft in width, 89ft in depth. There also stands erected on the said piece of land a messuage known as ‘Felmersham Cottage’ and numbered 153 Bower St. Witnesses – K. E. Lloyd, Clerk to 1); R. J. Haynes, Clerk to Messers Conquest & Clare Solicitors of Bedford.
