--- 1 acre land in one piece in Westhid' in Southfeld, adjoining land of Richard Thral and formerly Robert Thral's, abutting on the highway from Luton' to St. Albans which acre ought to fall to (i) as to the capital lord of the fee by reason of bastardy, after the death of John, son and heir of Adam Poreslee, on account of the bastardy of the heir of the said John which acre Alice, late the wife of the said Adam and now of (ii) holds for her life by feoffment of Adam de Poreslee.
