Copy of release of legacy by Mrs Ann Dawborn, Ickleford, Beds [sic] widow. Sarah Cooper her husband being dead, is desirous of selling the Ampthill property on which the annuity of £8 is chargeable to Ann Dawborn. Ann Dawborn has agrred to give up the annuity in consideration of which Sarah Cooper and Andrew Cooper, Ickleford, mealman, have entered into a bond in £200 to pay £8 p.a. to said Ann Dawborn. Now Ann Dawborn releases Sarah Cooper from said annuity of £8 charged on the Ampthill property and any claim she may have on such property. Signature (copy) of Ann Dawborn.
