    Letter from Shirer & Chadwick of 2 Camomile Street, Bishopsgate, London EC3 to Linklaters & Paines, 2 Bond Court, Walbrook, London EC4 as follows: “We have now heard from Mr. Baldry that: - As to 6 Vacant possession will be given on completion for the whole of the property. As to 7 The fences between Rushmere and Stockgrove are very slight and the Vendor does not know to whom they belong. The fence on the North eastern boundary between Rushmere and the allotments has always been kept in order by the Vendor. The outer fences consisting of iron railings painted white between Rushmere and the Road belongs to the Bedfordshire County Council and have been kept painted by them. The hedge itself and the Vendor supposes about 3 feet from it (including the ditch) belongs as far as the Vendor knows to Rushmere. As to 8 The vendor says None As to 9 Ditto As to 10 See Contract but the Vendor states he has never paid any tithe As to 11 The Vendor says he has never heard of any Scheme As to 12 See our previous Answer. The vendor states the drainage from the house runs into a large cesspit situated on the wooded slope below the house and is emptied periodically by a self acting siphon As to 13 The Vendor says No. As to 14 The vendor says No. Can we give you any further information?
