    Conveyance Parties: (i) Robert Coward of Mincing Lane, City of London, gentleman; Alfred William Bayley Makins of 14 Saint Gabriel’s Road, Cricklewood [Middlesex], gentleman; (ii) Arthur Harper Bond of The Rookery Farm, Carlton Colville [Suffolk], esquire; Frank Nash of Hillside, Chalfont Saint Giles [Buckinghamshire], esquire; (iii) Henry Osborne Baldry of Rushmere Lodge, esquire Reciting: - will of Joseph Trueman Mills, late of Stockgrove [Buckinghamshire] of 28 November 1919 appointing his son Harry Trueman Mills and (i) as executors and devising all residue of his real estate including (a) to Harry Trueman Mills; - three codicils to the will of Joseph Trueman Mills, of 13 May 1920, 5 April 1921 and 6 January 1924 which did not affect (a); - death of Joseph Trueman Mills on 17 January 1924 and proof of his will and codicils in PPR on 13 February 1924; - (i) had not assented to a devise of the residual real estate of Joseph Trueman Mills; - (i) had agreed to sell (a) to (ii) but no conveyance had been made; - (ii) had agreed to sub-sell (a) to (iii) Operative Part: - (iii) paid £300 to (i) by direction of (ii); - (i) conveyed and (ii) confirmed (a) to (iii) Property: (a) a piece of land of 11 acres, 4 roods, 4 poles at Rushmere, Heath and Reach in the occupation of A. Rolls, being Lot 10 in sale particulars of the Stockgrove Estate and forming part of a larger piece of land of 18 acres, 1 rood conveyed on 21 January 1897 from (1) Sir Wyndham Charles Henry Hanmer, bart, (2) Adelaide Ellen Frere, widow, Laurie Frere, esquire, George Edgar Frere and George William Rowe, (3) George Edgar Frere and Edward Temple Gurdon, esquire, (4) Rev. Henry Hanmer and Hon. George Thomas Kenyon and (5) Florence Victoria Mary Firman, wife of Charles Osbaldestone Firman to (6) Joseph Trueman Mills Covenant by (i) to produce the conveyance of 21 January 1897 to (iii) Witnesses: - P.
