(occupied by Henry Axtill), then to Thomas Crawley testator's son in law and wife Elizabeth, daughter of testator and heirs of marriage, remainder to Thomas Wood and John Baily and heirs in fee. ---to Thomas and Elixabeth Crawley and heirs of marriage, house in Luton occupied by testator but wife Agnes, during her life or widowhood to have of the parlour, a garden plot, half the fruit of the trees, with ingress and egress to the well and room for laying her wood. --- to them and heirs in fee, a house in Fishepool Street, St.Albans, occupied by William Warham, now mayor of St. Albans, as testator holds by conveyance from William Warham. ---to godchildren, 2s to males, 1s to females. ---to Kinsman Thomas Wood 40s. ---to John Baily 20s ---to Elizabeth Welles 10s. ---residue of personal estate ( except wood which he gives to wife ) to be divided into 2 parts, one to wife, other to Thomas and Elizabeth Crawley.
