    --- toft opposite the entrance to Brachemill, Luton', with small meadow adjoining the toft, and meadow. adjoining, near the Brache, abitting on the river towards the floodgate. --- Dalowecroft and 45 acres arable in divers parcels in Luton' fields of which 16 acres lie in various parcels in Knyghtesfeld, 25 acres in Wynnesden field and 4 acres on Flynteshill. all which Henry Albryght late held by a demise from Sir Robert Turke, knight, deceased. --- 3 tofts in Luton', called Brachegardyn, Culverhouswyk', and Bellongeswyk, and 2 cottages in Luton' with 1 acre arable adjoining. --- pightle with piece of meadow lying in Church End, Luton' nr. the bridge of the Abbot of St. Alban's, and 2 acres arable in Baillefeld, Luton'. all which John Thresshere of Luton', deceased, held by a demise from (i). to hold from Michaelmas last for 30 yrs. ay rent of 45s 2d p.a. payable at Lady Day and Michaelmas, (i) being responsible for charges owing to chief lord of fee and others.
