If dead, a Certificate of her burial should be obtained [E. H.] - [A] There is no Widow living. The Rank and property of Sir George Robinson would be warranty against any Claim to Dower in this little Estate [P & S] - [Q] Was Mr. Gadsby ever married? And, if so, did he leave a widow? [E. H.] - [A] He died a bachelor [P & S] - [Q] Does this Devise comprehend the whole of Mr. Gadsby’s estate at Wilshamstead? The land is now in the occupation of Mr. Peacock – it is stated in the will to be in the occupation of Sir William Long. How is this apparent discrepancy to be reconciled? [E. H.] - [A] Sir William Long was Mr. Gadsby’s Tenant of the whole property [P & S] - [Q] I understood that Mr Campion is married. Of course his wife must be made a party to the Conveyance [E. H.] - [A] Of course [P & S]
