- Scope and Content--- a pond in Lobbepole wood at Otebrugg' and all fishing rights for term of 4years.--- (ii) to keep the pond in repair and to pay quarterly in the next 4 years 10d at each term to (i) in his capital manor of Hoo, viz.at the feast of St.Andrew the Apostle, St.Peter in cathedra, feast of the dedication of Luyton church, and decollation of St. John Baptist. Distraint clause; (i) may enter houses of (ii) in Luyton to distrain for payment of rent, but if (ii) pays according to the above agreement and maintains the pond honestly, (i)may renew the demise in to (ii) in preferance to other men.
