Scope and Content
Concerning performance of will of Richard Fisher, £15 for bread for yearly charity; arrears of this to be satisfied from date of testator’s death; copyhold to be sold and rents and profits applied to the charity and making good arrears unless £15 can be satisfied from personal estate; Mr. Orlebar (one of the masters of this court) to examine defendants on profits received since testator’s death. If aforesaid provisions not sufficient to purchase lands of inheritance in or near Wellingborough [Northamptonshire] of as great yearly value as all the said yearly charities together, the amount of annual deficiency to be made good from entailed lands.
