    recites: 13 August 1730 Mortgage by Demise for 500 Years. (i) William Nicholl and wife Elizabeth (now deceased, one of the daughters of John Richardson of Ampthill, yeoman deceased) (ii) said Charles Fletcher consideration: £100 -- one-sixth of messuage in Upper Shelton etc. as in V451 to William Nicholl amongst other lands. repayment £102.10s.0d. not paid. whereas: principal and interest due to Charles Fletcher on aforesaid mortgage is now £202.10s.0d. reversion conveyed to William Pryor now: consideration £102.10s.0d. paid to Charles Fletcher in full of all monies due to him by said mortgage, by William Pryor Charles Fletcher has at request of William Nicholl and at nomination of William Pryor assigned to Thomas Keep the one-sixth part (as above) in trust for William Pryor. Witnesses: Mary Fletcher, Richard Ward, Goddard Urlin.
