Agreement. 1. Leighton Buzzard Industrial Co-operative Society, 3, Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard (the Society) 2. Mr M. S. Turney, Flat 86a, Clarence Road, Leighton Buzzard (the employee) 1. will employ 2 as a butcher, and require him to occupy 86a Clarence Road paying £2.19 weekly rent. 2. will make good all damage not due to fair wear and tear and will allow authorised representative of the 1. to inspect the premises, and will give up the premises at the end of his employment. 2. shall not sub-let premises, or divulge any information concerning the business of 1.
