Lionel Clement Hayward and Douglas Bailey, both on New Road, Linslade, Bucks., boot and shoe repairers, carrying on business in the style of Hayward and Bailey (contractors). 1. contracts with 2. to carry out all boot and shoe repairs required by the 2. for its members and customers. 2. to provide all leather and materials required for the repairs. 2. shall collect shoes and boots for repair from central premises of 1 at least three times a week, and to return repaired items within five days of collection, provide that if any items require to be hand sewn of require special attention then 1. shall allow such extension of time as it shall consider necessary. 2. to carry out repairs in a workmanlike material and shall only use leather and materials of the best quality obtainable. 2. shall furnish to 1. a statement of all work done once a month.
