    Agreement 1. Mary Elizabeth Frances Oakley, Vicarage Lane, Wing, Bucks., butcher 2. Leighton Buzzard Industrial Co-operative Society, 3, Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard (the Society) 1. to sell to 2 the goodwill of the business of butcher at the shop at Vicarage Lane, Wing, including all fixtures, fittings and chattels, (refrigerator, sausage machine, scales, bicycle, brine tub, pig trough, three blocks, counter and desk. pig rack, hand lamp, steelyards, sundry utensils. The price for the goodwill: £50, schedule fixtures, fittings and chattels, £300, and for the stock an amount equal to the net cost appearing in the vendors’ books. Purchase to be completed by 1 April 1946. On completion 1. shall deliver to 2. a lease of the premises in Vicarage Lane comprising lock-up shops and cellar below, slaughter-house, copper house, cold rooms and garages for 21 years, at an annual rent of £52 payable quarterly in equal instalments.
