Leighton Buzzard Industrial Co-operative Society, (the Society) In consideration of £200 paid by 2. to 1., 1. assigns to 2. goodwill of 1. in the business of milk retailers in the style of Green brothers in Wing and neighbourhood. 1. agree not to carry on a business as milk retailer for seven years from the date of the agreement, within a radius of five miles from Wing parish church, and agree to promote the business of 2. Provided always that nothing in this clause shall prevent Harry Frederick Green from assisting his wife Caroline Sophia in the conduct of her milk business at Wing. 1. authorises 2. to advertise the sale in a notice in the Leighton Buzzard Observer.
