- Scope and ContentBelieves his father John Patrick Moore was only son of Colonel Francis Moore of Aspley Guise and afterwards of Eggington, deceased; declarant is only son of his father. Said Francis Moore had only 3 daughters Mary married Thomas Paget and died without issue in the life of her father; Susanna and Elizabeth with whom declarant was in constant personal communication from his childhood to the time of their deaths. Elizabeth married Reverend George Plunkett Kerr in 1812; there were only two children, Mary (lived only 1 or 2 days) and William Francis Kerr now of Aspley Guise aforesaid. Said Elizabeth died a widow 1839, buried at Aspley Guise. Susanna died unmarried at Broadstairs in the parish of St. Peter in Isle of Thanet and was buried in the churchyard there. Knows land devised by will of said Francis Moore to use of his daughters and land described as “The Round Hill Plantation and plantation adjoining” containing 12 acres; is the same land now contracted to be sold by Francis William Kerr to Frederick Woodbridge. at Woburn, before John Green
