He has abused both William Payne and Richard Childe, he does not conform to the Prayer Book, his wife is a scold, and his children ‘common robbers of orchards in service time and carriers of wood’ He has also presented several of his parishoners upon ‘frivolous articles to vex them in the Commissaries Court’. (dates of some events given) circa 1616..
