consideration: 5 shillings -- well or spring of water in Wavendon, Buckinghamshire near the New Inn lying near certain leys abutting on the land of Briggins How and access to the said spring or well for Briggins How, his tenants and occupiers of the said Inn over ground of Joseph Franklin, John Franklin and Ellen Wells and liberty to break up the same ground to make a drain to lay pipes in to convey water to said messuage and also to repair the said pipes. for 999 years rent 1d. per annum if demanded.
