    Details given: - A tenement called Slades, 2 pightles and 1/2 acre of land lying against Chexham Mead at the north end, and 6 acres in Ansell Field and Little Field, and 17 1/2 acres in Hall Field and Marsh Field, and a messuage called Cheves and 12 acres, and 19 acres of arable, and 14 1/2 acres of arable land in Hall Field; all in Pertenhall; - Sow Meadow in Keysoe; formerly in the tenure of Simon Grey, since of James Oliver; leased in 1780 by Corpus Christi College, Oxford; and 4 closes called Woodfield containing 16 acres, Rogers Croft containing 4 acres, and Williams Croft and Long Croft containing 16 acres, also Dovehouse Close and 2 pightles; in the parish of Pertenhall and Little Staughton, in the same occupations; also leased by the College in 1780; - Laws Close in Pertenhall, extending from Madds Lane on the north to the river south; and another close in Pertenhall containing 3 acres, extending north and south, abutting north on the said brook, south on the highway to Kimbolton, bounded west by the barn and yard of the parsonage; formerly in the occupation of William Alcock; Mabbs Close and 2 acres in the common field abutting on Church Brook south, and on a house called Olivers west, formerly in the occupation of Henry Reeve; and a close called Will Gills, formerly in the occupation of William Marshall; all which premises were formerly in the occupation of Simon Grey, since of James Oliver; also leased by the College in 1780.
