recites: Mortgage 4 September 1865 (i) Richard Longuet Orlebar of Hinwick House, Podington (ii) said Augustus Orlebar consideration: £6,000 paid by Augustus Orlebar which sum is secured to Augustus Orlebar with interest. whereas: the said sum was lent by Richard Longuet Orlebar and Bernard Hale out of joint account as trustees of marriage settlement [recited in V327] and the name of Augustus Orlebar was inserted in the said Mortgage as trustee only for the said Richard Longuet Orlebar and Bernard Hale. NOW: Reverend Augustus Orlebar declares he will henceforth be possessed of the said £6,000 + interest secured by the said Indenture of Mortgage and of the mortgage security and covenant therein contained for payment of the said sum, in trust for Richard Longuet Orlebar and Bernard Hale as trustee of above mentioned marriage settlement.
