Presentment that John Fitzjeoffrey gentleman purchased contrary to the custom of the manor by feoffment 4 acres 1 rood customary land of Nicholas Gerald, late the lands of Richard Otway and formerly of George Wells who was admitted thereto at court held 17 James I [1619/20] land forfeited; granted by Lords’ favour to John Fitzjeoffrey who was admitted.

Receipt for foregoing deeds etc. and terrier of lands late belonging to Mr. Warner, which lands on death of said Mr. Warner descended to Mary, wife of Daniel Berry; receipt by said Daniel Berry for the deeds received of Jeffery Fisher and wife Ann (executrix of Robert Warner late of Felmersham, deceased).
