(i) Reverend William Horne of Humber, Hereford, clerk, eldest son of Sir William Horne of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex knight (ii) Elizabeth Busk of Ponsbourne Park, Hertfordshire spinster (iii) Joseph Busk of Ponsbourne Park, Hertfordshire, George Williams Sanders of Lincolns Inn, John Horne of Great Cumberland Street Middlesex Sir William Horne by bond of 2 July 1831 bound to said William Horne in penal sum of £10,000 to pay £5,000 with 4% interest. now: (i) assigns bond to (iii) who are to pay him the annual interest and to Elizabeth if she survives him; may sell securities and invest in purchase of free- or copy-hold property. . . .
