    Orlebar is to provide a messenger to bring down the writ, Mr. Aspin desires Orlebar to send for William Oakley who thinks himself neglected; Alderman Hawkins asks Orlebar to send the printed votes to Mr.Butcher; the day before the election is appointed for admitting new freemen. Pepiatt wants to know how ‘one King’ mentioned by Orlebar is entitled to his freedom. Bedford January 14 1730
