- Scope and Content(i) William Ringstead of St. Martin in the Field, Middlesex Coachmaker brother and heir at law of John Ringstead deceased who was the eldest son and heir at law of John Ringstead late of Southill, gentleman deceased and also Martha wife of said John Ringstead, late Martha Temple spinster (ii) William Beaumont of Little Hardwick, gentleman [in Shefford.] recites: V220 whereas: William Ringstead with consent of wife Martha has contracted to sell said premises (with other hereditaments of the said William Ringstead) consideration: £840 the same £840 mentioned to be the consideration of a certain other Indenture of Release same date and parties of presents. -- several parcels arable and meadow ground, heretofore by estimation supposed to contain 66 acres 20 perches but by admeasurement found to contain 64 acres 1 rood in Clifton, late in the occupation of John Page, now of William Beaumont, described in annexed schedule.
