Recites judgement as in WG 200/23 given for securing payment of £199 plus interest on bond from Robert Lee to Mathew Lee, whereas: said Robert Lee is now in Bedford Gaol by virtue of a 'capias ad satisfaciend' on said judgement. Whereas: (ii) requesting (i) that Lee may be discharged from prison recites Bond 26 November 1709: (i) Robert Lee (ii) Mathew Lee, in £400 for payment of £199.
