to Samuel Bedford to use of Isaac Bedford with remainder to children of Isaac Bedford -- Buryes Farm with appurtenances -- 47 acres arable in Clifton belonging to said messuage in the occupation of said Isaac Bedford and purchased by Samuel Bedford late of Clifton, clerk, deceased of William Beckett and wife Elizabeth, Richard Beckett and wife Anne, Samuel Hill and wife Anne and since conveyed by Samuel and Isaac Bedford (deceased) to Isaac Bedford party to presents -- 33 acres 3 roods arable in Clifton, Suttons Land, late in the occupation of said Isaac Bedford with meadow and common belonging -- close of 3 acres in Stanford near Cley Bridge.
